Next Beginners Course - 3rd Sept

If you're a walker and want to get into running or if used to run and want to get back into it post baby, post injury or just after an extended break, this is the course for you. It's relaxed, fun and supportive. You won't be too slow, you will be able to keep up and you'll love it! Just turn up at 9.15am at the Scout Hall on May St on the 3 Sept and we'll go from there!
